The long mountain ridge is higher than 2,000 m for approximately 50 km, while the highest part, located in its very center, is Black Stone at 2,257 m high. Both countries have 50% of the mountain, Albania the west and Macedonia the east. Jablanica Mountain contains many large mountain lakes.
