The District of Sarandë (Albanian: Rrethi i Sarandës) is one of the thirty-six districts of Albania, found in southern Albania, in the County of Vlorë. The area of the district is 749 square kilometers. The population of the district was 48,474 (2010 estimate). According to the census of January 1993, it was 53,700. The centre of the district is the city of Sarandë. Other places include Konispol (at the border with Greece), Ksamil (a resort), Çukë, Vrinë and Butrint (an archeological site).

It is drained by tributaries of the river Thyamis towards the south, by tributaries of the river Drinos towards the north and by the small river Pavllë to the west. There are forests in the lower areas of the mountain, and grasslands in the higher elevations.
