It is located at Avenida Coronel Roca and Avenida Escalada in the Villa Soldati neighborhood. The new stadium has a capacity of 14,510 spectators. The first phase of construction cost 11.5 million Argentine pesos (approximately US$3.71 million).

Torre Espacial or Torre Interama is a 228 metre (748 ft)-high observation tower in the Villa Soldati section of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
