Collingullie

Collingullie /ˈkɒlɪn. ɡʌli/ is a village 26 kilometres north-west of Wagga Wagga in the Riverina region of New South Wales, Australia. The village is located on the Sturt Highway, between Wagga Wagga and Narrandera, at the crossroads with the road to Lockhart. At the 2006 census, Collingullie had a population of 399 people. The name, Collingullie, could have derived from an Aboriginal word meaning 'boggy ground'. Collingullie Post Office opened on 1 August 1879 and closed in 1982.

Milbrulong

Milbrulong is a locality in the central east part of the Riverina region of New South Wales, Australia. The locality is 515 kilometres south west of the state capital, Sydney and 59 kilometres south west of the regional centre Wagga Wagga in the Lockhart Shire local government area. The standard gauge Oaklands railway line passes through the locality. At the 2006 census, Milbrulong had a population of 366.

The Rock, New South Wales

The Rock is a town, with a population of 860, in the Riverina region of southern New South Wales, Australia, in Lockhart Shire. It is 32 kilometres south-west of Wagga Wagga on the Olympic Highway. The town is named after the large rocky hill overlooking the town, now called The Rock Hill but called Yerong in the local indigenous language. The reserve that includes The Rock Hill is an attraction in the area for bush-walking, rock-climbing, and observation of wildlife.

The Rock railway station

The Rock, is a railway station on the Main Southern railway line in New South Wales, Australia. It serves the small Riverina town of The Rock, located between Henty and Wagga Wagga. The station was opened with the opening of the railway in 1880, initially as Hanging Rock. It was renamed Kingston in 1882 and The Rock in 1883. The station has an altitude of 216 metres and has 1 platform and 2 tracks.
