Toogoolawah, Queensland

Toogoolawah is a small town in South East Queensland, Australia. Toogoolawah is a centre for gliding and parachuting and in the past the centre of a dairying industry. Cressbrook Creek, a tributary of the Brisbane River, passes through the town as does the Brisbane Valley Highway. At the 2006 census, Toogoolawah had a population of 955. The town is located in the Somerset Region local government area. There are three pubs in Toogoolawah, all situated on the main road.

Harlin

Harlin is a small town in south east Queensland, Australia. The town is on the Brisbane Valley Highway and the Brisbane River, 131 kilometres north west of the state capital, Brisbane. At the 2006 census, Harlin and the surrounding area had a population of 366. The town was marooned during the 2011 Floods. Over 40 travellers were stranded by the dangerous and rising flood waters of the Brisbane River and the Ivory and Maronghi Creeks.

Division of Blair

The Division of Blair is an Australian Electoral Division in Queensland. The division was created in 1998 and is named after Harold Blair, an Aboriginal singer and civil rights campaigner. The Division is based in the rural areas west of Brisbane and includes parts of Ipswich and the Scenic Rim and Lockyer Valley regions. The founder of One Nation, Pauline Hanson, contested Blair in 1998, shifting from her previous seat, Oxley.

Kilcoy, Queensland

Kilcoy is a small farming town and part of the Somerset Region local government area in South East Queensland, Australia. The township is on the D'Aguilar Highway, 94 kilometres north west of the state capital, Brisbane, and just to the north of Lake Somerset. The topography directly north of the town is dominated by the mountains of the Conondale Range and covered by forests, some of which are protected in state forests and the Conondale National Park.
