Mount Porndon

Mount Porndon is a 278 metre high volcano located 13 kilometres southeast of Camperdown in western Victoria, Australia. Mount Porndon is on private land. There is a fire tower on the summit. Pirron Yallock railway station

Pirron Yallock is a closed station located in the town of Pirron Yallock, on the Warrnambool railway line in Victoria, Australia. The station building is located at the station, but the platform has been demolished. The station was one of 35 closed to passenger traffic on 4 October 1981, as part of the New Deal timetable for country passengers.

Alvie, Victoria

Alvie is a small town in Victoria, Australia. It is located along Baynes Road, in the Colac Otway Shire, north-west of Colac. It was named after a Scottish town of the same name, which was the birthplace of James Macpherson Grant, the Minister of Lands. It is situated in what became a rich dairying, potato and onion growing area. A Post Office was not opened here until 27 June 1894 and was closed in 1978.
