Terrick Terrick National Park

Terrick Terrick National Park is a 3,880 ha national park in Victoria, Australia, 225 km northwest of Melbourne, 4 km north of the town of Mitiamo and 65 km north of the City of Bendigo. It is an important remnant of Box-Ironbark forests and northern grass plains and is close to Kow Swamp, the site of a major palaeontological find providing insight into the origins of Indigenous Australians. There are many walking tracks and one basic campground.

The Kow Swamp archaeological site comprises a series of late Pleistocene burials within the lunette of the eastern rim of a former lake known as Kow Swamp.
