Leeuwergem Castle (Dutch: Kasteel van Leeuwergem) is a stately home in Elene in the municipality of Zottegem, East Flanders, Belgium. The present building was constructed between 1762 and 1764, on the site of an earlier castle of the first half of the 15th century. It was built for the Ghent nobleman Pieter Emmanuel d’Hane (1726-1786), probably by Jean Baptist Simoens of Ghent (1715-1779).

It is located on the Molenbeek, in the Denderstreek and Flemish Ardennes, which is part of the hilly southern part of the East Flanders province, Belgium. Leeuwergem and the neighbouring village of Elene host the 18th century Leeuwergem Castle domain, a private estate of 32 hectares.

Rooigembeek
The Rooigembeek is a small stream in East Flanders, Belgium. It is a left tributary of the Scheldt. In its upper course, it is called Leedsebeek. In British texts about the 1708 Battle of Oudenaarde, the stream is called Norken River, possibly after the Flemish village Nokere, some 9 kilometer away. Its source is in Wortegem, west of Oudenaarde. It flows in northwestern direction, and flows into the Scheldt in Asper, north of Oudenaarde. The Rooigembeek is about 12 km long.
