Tianhe District
Tianhe District is one of the ten districts in Guangzhou, People's Republic of China. In Chinese, the name Tianhe means a river in the sky or simply "sky river". It is bordered by Yuexiu District on the west, Baiyun District on the north and Huangpu District on the east. Haizhu District is on its south, though they are separated by the Zhujiang River. Tianhe became a district in the 1980s as the city expanded its size.

South China Normal University Station or Huashi Station is a station of Line 3 of the Guangzhou Metro. It started operations on 30 December 2006. It is located at the junction of Tianhe Road North and Wushan Road in Tianhe District. Its name is from the nearby South China Normal University.

Wanshengwei Station
Wanshengwei Station is an interchange station between Lines 4 and 8 of the Guangzhou Metro, and also the terminus of Line 8. It started operations on 26 December 2005. It is an underground station and located near the junction of Xingang East Road and Xijiao South Road in Haizhu District. This station, like the others on Line 8, ran as part of a single route with the current Line 2 until the extension to both lines opened in late 2010.
