Rising from a 3-storey hexagonal base, this structure is 236 feet tall. This active lighthouse has a focal plane of 256 feet with a white flash every 6 seconds. The triangular, cylindrical tower and base are made entirely of white concrete.

Haikou New Port
Haikou New Port is a seaport in Hainan, China. Formerly known as the Inner Harbour, this port is located on the southern side of the mouth of the Nandu River 7 km east of Haikou Xiuying Port. It is a main distribution centre for cargo entering Hainan, including seafood, with a wholesale fish market located at the far eastern end. It is also a major port for immigration onto Hainan Island. The site was first used as a seaport during the Song Dynasty.

Haikou Century Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge in Haikou city, the capital of Hainan province in People's Republic of China. The bridge was built to link the main part of Haikou city to Haidian Island, a district separated from Hainan Island by the Haidian River. Haikou Century Bridge crosses at the mouth of the river approximately 50 metres west of Haikou New Port.
