Hu County

Hu County is a county in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China, which has a population of about 578 thousand. It has an area of 1255 square kilometers, containing 11 towns and 5 townships. To the south of the county is Mount Qinling and north is Weihe River. There are all together 36 rivers running through the area feeding into the water table resulting in a very fertile land. There are 55 acres of arable land, 52.4 acres of land covered by forests.

Beilin District, Xi'an

Beilin District is a district of Xi'an, Shaanxi, China. It is named so after the famous Stele Forest (Beilin, 碑林) museum located there. The well-known Small Wild Goose Pagoda is also located in the district.

Epang Palace

Epang Palace in western Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, China, was a palace complex of Qin Shihuang, the first emperor of China. Construction of the palace began in 212 BC. With the excpetion of its front hall, it was never completed according to findings by Chinese archaeologists. Since 1961, the site of the palace is listed as a Major Historical and Cultural Site Protected at the National Level (1-151).
