Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone

Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone (YEDA) (烟台经济技术开发区), is an economic development zone established in 1984 in Shandong Province, China. It is near the Yellow Sea coast, and administratively under Yantai Prefecture. It covers 16 km² and has a population of 115,000. Before it´s creation, most of the area were fishing villages. Yantai Raffles Shipyard

Yantai Raffles Shipyard is a shipbuilding company in Yantai, Shandong Province, Peoples Republic of China. {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:37|35|48|N|121|23|39|E| |primary |name= }} Yantai Raffles specializes in offshore and marine fabrication, and shares in the company have been traded on the Oslo OTC system in Norway since May 2006. Zhifu Island

Taisun is the world's strongest crane and has a safe working load of 20,000 metric tons (22,046 short tons). Taisun is designed and built for the installation of very large modules in semi submersibles and FPSO projects and located at Yantai Raffles Shipyard in Yantai, Shandong Province, China. Mount Ta (Yantai)
