Cangnan County (苍南县) is a county in the prefecture-level city of Wenzhou in the South of Zhejiang. The county government is in Lingxi. Cangnan has 20 towns, 14 townships, and 2 nationality townships. Rui'an
Rui'an is a county-level city on the eastern coast of China, in the south of Zhejiang province. It is administered by the prefecture-level city of Wenzhou. It has a population of 1,125,000 people and covers an area of 1271 km, 3037 km including sea. Natives of the city speak the Rui'an dialect of Wu Chinese. Rui'an was recognized as the fourteenth development zone by the state department in 1987.
