Susak

Susak is a small island on the northern Adriatic coast of Croatia. The name Sansego comes from the Greek word Sansegus meaning oregano which grows in abundance on the island. A small percentage of natives still reside on the island which has increasingly become a popular tourist destination—especially during the peak summer months. Many of the people from Susak currently live in the United States.

Vele Srakane

Vele Srakane is an island in the Croatian part of Adriatic Sea. It is situated between Lošinj, Unije and Susak, just north of Male Srakane. Its area is 1.15 km, and it has a population of 3 (2011 census), down from 8 in 2001. Highest peak is Vela straža, 59 meters high. As of 2012 there are no cars, no shops and no running water on the island. Electricity, however, is available.

Lošinj Airport

Lošinj Airport is an airport 3.2 nautical miles (5.9 km) from Mali Lošinj on the island of Lošinj, Croatia. It is registered for domestic and international traffic. Its runway is 900m long and 30m wide, and is equipped with 1C signalization according to the ICAO. A non-precision instrument approach using an NDB located near the city is published. The runway is paved with asphalt, as well as are the taxiways.

Lošinj

Lošinj is a Croatian island in the northern Adriatic Sea, in the Kvarner Gulf. It is almost due south of the city of Rijeka and part of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar county. The settlements on Lošinj include Nerezine, Sveti Jakov, Ćunski, Artatore, Mali Lošinj and Veli Lošinj. A regional road runs the length of the island; ferry connections (via the island of Cres) include Brestova - Porozina, Merag - Valbiska, Mali Lošinj - Zadar, Mali Lošinj - Pula.
