Operation Vihor

Operation Vihor was the Croatian official name for a military action of the Croatian Army between December 12 and 13, 1991. This Croatian operation was known as Operacija Una (Operation Una) by the Military of Serbian Krajina (SVK). "Vihor" was probably part of Operation "Una", as part of wider operation of liberation of whole region of Banija from the rebel Serbs, JNA and other forces supporting a Greater Serbian.

Glina (river)

Glina is a river in central Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, a right tributary of Kupa. It is 100 kilometres long and its basin covers an area of 1,426 square kilometres . Glina rises in the mountainous forested areas of Kordun, northeast of Slunj, near the village of Glinsko Vrelo (lit. "the source of Glina"). It flows north before turning east near the village of Veljunska Glina.
