Stobreč (Latin: Epetium, Greek: Επιδαυρος is a historical town, now village in Croatia located near Split and Solin. Podstrana

Podstrana is a municipality and settlement in Croatia in the Split-Dalmatia County. It has a population of 9,129 (2011 census), 97% which are Croats. In the Second World War, the town suffered 131 casualties. Podstrana experiences a hot-summer Mediterranean climate with extremely long periods of sunshine throughout the year. Winter is mild, with a January average of 8 °C . Snow is unknown. Spring and fall (autumn) are considered ideal seasons for sightseeing and all kinds of outdoor activities.

Jadro

The Jadro River is a watercourse in Dalmatia, Croatia that discharges to the Adriatic Sea. The upper reaches of the Jadro River as well as its source are protected as an ichthyological nature reserve, partly due to the presence of an endemic species of soft-mouthed trout. The headwaters of the Jadro River were the original water supply for the ancient city comprised by Diocletian's Palace (now an area within the present day city of Split).
