Glostrup Kommune is a suburban municipality and town in Region Hovedstaden on the island of Zealand (Sjælland) approx. 10 km west of Copenhagen in eastern Denmark. The municipality covers an area of 13.31 km², and has a total population of 21,829 (1 October 2012). Its Zip code (Postnummer) is 2600. Egon Olsen (12 March 1925) is a fictional character in the Danish film series The Olsen Gang and the Norwegian film series Olsenbanden. He is portrayed by Ove Sprogøe in the Danish movies and by Arve Opsahl in the Norwegian versions. In the Swedish version of the series, Jönssonligan, his part was taken by the character Charles Ingvar "Sickan" Jönsson, played by Gösta Ekman (and in the later films by other characters, played by different actors).
