Aabybro Municipality
Before the Kommunalreformen ("The Municipality Reform" of 2007), Aabybro Municipality was a municipality in North Jutland County on the island of Vendsyssel-Thy, part of the Jutland peninsula, in northern Denmark. The municipality included several small islands in the Limfjord, the waterway that separates the main body of the Jutland peninsula from the island of Vendsyssel-Thy, including Tagholme.

Aabybro
Aabybro is a town in Jammerbugt municipality in Denmark. In 1953, its population was 1,188; by 1960 it had risen to 1,346 and by 2012 to 5,435. Aabybro was formerly the capital of Aabybro Municipality in former Hjørring County, North Jutland County, but by 2007 became the headquarters of Jammerbugt Municipality. The actress Helle Dolleris was born in Aabybro.

Aalborg Air Base is a military base for the Danish Air Force. It is located at Vadum, near Aalborg, Denmark. Aalborg Air Base shares its runway system as well as some services (Air Traffic Control etc. ) with Aalborg Lufthavn.
