Lolland Hydrogen Community

Denmark's first full-scale wind-Hydrogen energy plant and testing facility, the Lolland Hydrogen Community, began operation in May 2007. It is also the European Union's first full-scale Hydrogen Community Demonstration facility for residential Fuel Cell Combined Heat and Power (CHP). Phase 3 of the project that runs until 2012 is the installing of fuel cell micro combined heat and power plants.

Horslunde Church

Horslunde Church is located in the village of Horslunde on the island of Lolland, Denmark. The altarpiece and the pulpit date from 1594. Former Danish prime minister, Christian Ditlev Frederik Reventlow is buried at the site.

Nordlunde

Nordlunde is a hamlet on the island of Lolland, Denmark. It is about 7 kilometers from Nakskov, the main city of Lolland. Nordlunde has about 100 citizens. In the past, Nordlunde had a school, an inn, a small store, an agriculture factory and a smithy, it also had a telephone central and a mill at Moellevang. Currently the hamlet only contains a store of used goods. The small church, without a tower, was built in the 12th century and contains a small graveyard.

Ramsø

Until January 1, 2007 Ramsø was a municipality in the former Roskilde County on the island of Zealand (Sjælland) in east Denmark. The municipality covered an area of 76 km², and had a total population of 9,320 (2005). Its last mayor was Poul Lindor Nielsen, a member of the Social Democrats (Socialdemokraterne) political party. The main town and the site of its municipal council was the town of Viby Sjælland.
