Manoguayabo, Santo Domingo
Manoguayabo is a small suburb of Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. It is best known as the birthplace of Major League Baseball pitcher Pedro Martínez. Manoguayabo is much like any other Dominican neighborhood, but by American standards is still poor.
