The Roman Catholic Diocese of Santo Domingo en Ecuador (Latin: Dioecesis Sancti Dominici in Aequatoria) is a diocese located in the city of Santo Domingo de Los Colorados in the Ecclesiastical province of Portoviejo, Ecuador. Erected as a Territorial Prelature from territory of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Quito on January 5, 1987, it was elevated to a Diocese on August 8, 1996.
