Cairo International Airport

Cairo International Airport is the busiest airport in Egypt and the primary hub for Star Alliance member EgyptAir. The airport is located to the north-east of the city around 15 kilometres from the business area of the city, it has an area of approximately 37 kilometers square. The airport is administered by the Egyptian Holding Co. for Airports and Air Navigation (EHCAAN), which controls four companies including: Cairo Airport Co. , Egyptian Airports Co.

Petro Sport Stadium

New Cairo

New Cairo is a new satellite city of Cairo. Located in what was formerly desert, the master plan was created in 2001 by a Boston firm. It is the home of the new campus of the American University in Cairo, as well as the German University in Cairo, the Future University in Egypt (FUE) and the Canadian International College (CIC). There are residences in luxury villas and condominiums located in housing developments and gated communities.

Cairo Military Academy Stadium

The Cairo Military Academy Stadium is located in Cairo, Egypt and has a total capacity of 22,000. It was one of six stadiums to be used in the 2006 African Cup of Nations, held in Egypt. Seven miles up the road from Cairo International Stadium, heading for Cairo International Airport, there is the Cairo Military Academy Stadium at the far end of Orouba Street in the north-eastern Heliopolis district of Cairo.
