The Geoscope is a monumental display of rocks at the La Lozère motorway service at junction 32 of the A75 autoroute at Albaret-Sainte-Marie in the department of Lozère, France. It is sometimes described as a geological museum. 45 stones, each weighing many tonnes and accompanied by an interpretive panel are artistically arranged in a circle in an old quarry.

The Château d'Apcher is a ruined feudal castle in the commune of Prunières in the Lozère département of France. The Château de Chavaniac is a fortified manor house of eighteen rooms furnished in the Louis XIII style located in Chavaniac-Lafayette, Haute-Loire, in Auvergne, France. Flanked by two towers of black stone, it was built in the 14th century and was the birthplace of General Lafayette in 1757. In 1917, American industrialist John Moffat purchased the castle and renovated it completely to preserve documents and objects relating to General Lafayette.
