Gare du Grand-Jardin

Gare du Grand-Jardin is the second station of Lisieux. The station is only used by local services on the line from Lisieux (the main station of Lisieux) to Trouville-Deauville. The station is named Le Grand-Jardin because of the Jardin de l'Éveché nearby.

Lisieux Cathedral

Lisieux Cathedral (Cathédrale Saint-Pierre de Lisieux) is a former Roman Catholic cathedral, and a national monument of France, in Lisieux. It was the seat of the Bishop of Lisieux. The diocese of Lisieux was abolished under the Concordat of 1801 and merged into the Diocese of Bayeux. The cathedral was built between 1170 and the middle of the 13th century. The west front of the building consists of three portals surmounted by two towers.

Gare de Lisieux

Gare de Lisieux is the main train station for the town of Lisieux and was built by CF de l'Ouest in 1855. The station is built in a Y shape and is situated on the Mantes-la-Jolie–Cherbourg railway main line from Paris to Caen and Cherbourg. The station is also served by trains to Trouville-Deauville. Lisieux has one other station: the Gare du Grand-Jardin on the line to Trouville-Deauville.

Gare de Villers-sur-Mer

Villers-sur-Mer is the railway station for the town of Villers-sur-Mer. The station is built in Ouest architecture and is on the Côte Fleurie branchline from Trouville-Deauville and to Dives-Cabourg. The line from Trouville-Deauville to Villers-sur-Mer and Houlgate opened in 1884. The station building was in use until 1996, but is now only used as a stop by regional trains and tickets must be bought on-board trains.

Côte Fleurie

Côte Fleurie is part of the Lower Normandy coast on the English Channel in the North of the Pays d'Auge, it constitutes the Eastern coast of the department Calvados. The name is a reference to the green and flowered countryside of the country lying beyond the coastal hills and to the numerous resorts along the coast.
