Stuttgart Observatory

Sternwarte Stuttgart (Stuttgart Observatory) is an astronomical observatory owned and operated by the association Schwäbische Sternwarte e.V.. It is located on the Uhlandshöhe in Stuttgart, Germany. Public tours have been held since 1920 and the observatory claims to be one of the oldest in Germany.

Heubach Telecommunication Tower

Heubach Telecommunication Tower is a 162 metre tall telecommunication tower of Deutsche Telekom AG on Glasenberg at Heubach in Baden-Württemberg . It is used for directional radio, mobile radio, police and fire brigade radio also used for FM- and TV transmission. Heubach Telecommunication Tower is equipped with an observation deck in a height of 25 metres, which is accessible for tourists by a stairway with 139 steps. However this observation deck is only open at rare occasions.

Krumm (river)

Krumm is a short river on the edge of the Swabian Alps from about ten to fifteen kilometers in length. It originates at the base of Mt. Rechenberg near the Fuchshof in Rechenberg, from where the river makes its way through Ottenbach and Krummwälden up to its mouth on the field of Eislingen in the Fils. The hamlet Krummwälden, which was called in former times as "Welden," carried for some time the name of this river. It was changed to avoid ambiguity.
