12th Panzer Division (Bundeswehr)

The 12th Panzer Division was a West German armoured formation. It was part of the III Corps of the Bundeswehr, which also incorporated in 1985 the 5th Panzer Division and 2nd Panzergrenadier Division. III Corps was part of NATO's Central Army Group (CENTAG), along with the Bundeswehr's II Corps and the American V and VII Corps. In the wake of military restructuring brought about by the end of the Cold War, the 12th Panzer Division was disbanded in 1994.

Würzburg Central Station

Würzburg Central Station (Würzburg Hauptbahnhof) is a railway station for the city of Würzburg in the German state of Bavaria. Regional and long-distance trains call at the station; it is the southern end of the Hanover-Würzburg high-speed rail line that carries InterCityExpress traffic.

Veitshöchheim station

Veitshöchheim station is a regional railway station in southern Germany. It is at kilometre marker 7.0 on the Main-Spessart Railway from Würzburg to Aschaffenburg. It was built during the construction of Ludwig's Western Railway, which was taken fully into service on 1 October 1854. The station was built in the immediate vicinity of Schloss Veitshöchheim, a summer residenz initially of the prince bishops of Würzburg, later the kings of Bavaria, at Veitshöchheim near Würzburg.

Museum im Kulturspeicher Würzburg

The Museum im Kulturspeicher Würzburg is a municipal art museum located at Veitshöchheimer Strasse 5, Würzburg, Germany. It is open daily except Monday; an admission fee is charged. The museum opened in 2002 within a converted river-side warehouse that provides 3,500 m² of exhibit space in 12 rooms. It contains two distinct collections: the municipal art collection, founded in 1941 as the Städtische Gallerie and originally located in Hofstraße; and the Peter C.
