Vogtländisches Oberland

Vogtländisches Oberland is a former municipality in the district of Greiz, in Thuringia, Germany. It was disbanded on 31 December 2012. The villages Cossengrün, Hohndorf and Schönbach became part of the town Greiz, the villages Arnsgrün, Bernsgrün and Pöllwitz became part of the town Zeulenroda-Triebes. Its population was 2,851 (2011), and its area was 71.62 km.

Auma-Weidatal (Verwaltungsgemeinschaft)

Auma-Weidatal was a Verwaltungsgemeinschaft ("collective municipality") in the district of Greiz, in Thuringia, Germany. The seat of the Verwaltungsgemeinschaft was in Auma. The Verwaltungsgemeinschaft was disbanded on 1 December 2011, when its constituent municipalities were merged into the towns Auma-Weidatal (formed at the same date) and Zeulenroda-Triebes.

Elster Viaduct

The Elster Viaduct is a railway bridge in the German state of Saxony. It carries the Leipzig–Hof line near Jocketa over the valley of the Weiße Elster. After the Göltzsch Viaduct (Göltzschtalbrücke) it is the second largest brick bridge in the world. The Elster Valley Railway passes under the 68 metre-high bridge.
