Ftelia, Drama

Ftelia is a village in the Drama regional unit, in northeastern Greece. Its population is approximately 500 (2005 est.). Ftelia means "elm tree" in Greek. The village is situated 9k m to the south of the city of Drama in Macedonia, Greece. It is part of the municipality of Kalampaki. Many of the village's residents are descendants of Greeks who fled from the Northern Thrace region of Bulgaria during the Balkan Wars. Ftelia has a primary school.

Oreino, Kavala

Oreino is a former village, now in ruins, in Kavala regional unit, Greece. During the population exchange between Greece and Turkey in the early 1920s, the population, primarily Turks with some Slavs, were forced to leave their homes and the village was not repopulated.
