Aidonochori, Karditsa

Aidonochori is a village located in the southern Agrafa region, Greece. It is part of the Karditsa regional unit. According to the latest reform, under the "Kallikrates" program, Aidonochori belongs to the municipality of Sofades and it owns under its jurisdiction an area of 26000 hectares. It lies 43 kilometers from the center of the prefecture of Karditsa, 50 km from Karpenisi and 90 km from Lamia.

Lake Plastiras

Lake Plastiras also called Tavropos Reservoir (Greek: Τεχνητή Λίμνη Ταυρωπού) is an artificial lake fed by Tavropos (Megdovas) river, located in Karditsa regional unit, near the city of Karditsa, Greece. The lake is named after the Greek general and politician Nikolaos Plastiras, who was the first to visualize the construction of an artificial lake in the area.

Pitsiota is a village in the municipal unit of Agios Georgios Tymfristou, Phthiotis, Greece, northwest of Lamia. Greece is a country located in Southern Europe, on the southern end of the Balkan Peninsula. The country ranges approximately in latitude from 35°00′N to 42°00′N and in longitude from 19°00′E to 28°30′E. As a result, it has considerable climatic variation, as discussed below.
