Maligrad
Maligrad - The small town,is an island situated deep within the Albanian part of Lake Prespa, with many caves suitable for wildlife and a circular cliff. Shaped like a tadpole, it contains some trees and an area of sand. The island contains a famous Saint Mary Church, built by Kesar Novak (Qesar Novaku), a local noble, in 1369. It has an area of almost 5 hectares.

The District of Devoll (Albanian: Rrethi i Devollit) is one of the thirty-six districts of Albania, part of Korçë County and derives its name from the Devoll river flowing through the valley. Its busy border point Kapshticë/Krystallopigi connects the district with the Greek regional units of Florina and Kastoria to the east and southeast.

Plasë or Plasa is one of the biggest and most important villages in Korçë District, Albania. It is part of the municipality Pojan. It is located in the centre of the county, slightly to the east. Plasa is about 8 kilometers northeast from the city of Korçë. It has a population of about 1000, and about 300 houses; however new houses are being built, especially two floor houses, which are rarely seen in villages. It has beautiful mountains and an Orthodox church on top of the mountains.

Prespa is the name of two freshwater lakes in southeast Europe, shared by Albania, Greece, and the Republic of Macedonia. Of the total surface area, 176.3 km belongs to the Republic of Macedonia, 46.3 km to Albania and 36.4 km to Greece. They are the highest tectonic lakes in the Balkans, standing at an altitude of 853 m (2,798 ft).
