Bluff Island

Bluff Island, indigneously known as Sha Tong Hau Shan, also known as Ung Kong (甕缸), is an island in Port Shelter, south of Sai Kung Peninsula of Hong Kong. It is an important area for corals and other marine life. The island is zoned as Site of Special Scientific Interest in 1979. The surrounding water has not yet legally protected and thus the corals are damaged by anchors of holiday visitors.

High Island, Hong Kong

High Island or Leung Shuen Wan is a former island in the southeast of Sai Kung Peninsula, Hong Kong. The island was connected to the peninsula by two dams to enclose the Kwun Mun Channel and form the High Island Reservoir. The construction of the dam spanned 10 years from 1969 to 1979. The area is now a designated fish culture zone and features several seafood restaurants along the shore.

Rocky Harbour (Hong Kong)

Rocky Harbour or Leung Shuen Wan Hoi is a harbour at the south-east of Sai Kung Peninsula, Hong Kong. Several islands are hugging the harbour. Its Chinese name Leung Shuen Wan Hoi means the sea of the bay of food vessels. In fact it is adjacent to the island of Leung Shuen Wan, also known as High Island.
