Zankhvav

Zankhvav / Zankvav is a small town cum railway station located in Surat District of Gujarat, India. It is located at a distance of 60  km from district town of Surat. The nearest town Kosamba is 17  km away. Zankvav is also the terminus station of Kosamba - Zankhvav railway line. This railway line was originally built by Gaekwar's Baroda State Railway in 1900 as a narrow gauge line. However, the train now runs on broad gauge. The station code is ZKV.

Golden Bridge

The Golden Bridge that connects Ankleshwar to Bharuch was built in 1881 by the British, who needed a bridge across the Narmada River to create better access to trade and administration officials in Bombay (now called Mumbai). The Bridge is actually called Narmada Bridge. The Golden Bridge has seen many floods and natural disasters like earthquakes, but it has stood for 129 years, providing daily transportation to the people of Ankleshwar and Bharuch.
