Thoppur

Thoppur is a village located at Dharmapuri district. It is also junction for Mettur Road. Thoppur is a small village surrounded by Ghat section and is located on the border of Salem and Dharmapuri districts, Thoppur which is in between Salem and Dharmapuri (NH-7). Kanchipuram district

Kanchipuram district (Tamil: காஞ்சிபுரம் மாவட்டம்) is a district in the northeast of the state of Tamil Nadu in India. It is bounded in the west by Vellore District and Thiruvannamalai District, in the north by Thiruvallur District and Chennai District, in the south by Viluppuram District and in the east by the Bay of Bengal. It lies between 11° 00' to 12° 00' latitudes and 77° 28' to 78° 50' longitudes. The district has a total geographical area of 4,432 km and coastline of 57 km .

Omalur

Omalur is a panchayat town in the Salem District in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is situated on the National Highway 7 between 11° 73333" latitude and 78° 06667" longitude. It has a population of about 13,600. Agriculture, leather and handloom textiles are the major business. It is the second largest taluk in the district of Salem. Omalur has 95 census villages.

Shevaroy Hills

Shevaroys is the anglicised name for the Servarayan Hills which lie near the town of Salem in Tamil Nadu, India. It is a detached hill range, covering an area of 50 sq. m. , with plateaus from 4000 to 5000 ft. above sea-level. They include the sanatorium and several old coffee plantations. The local Tamil name comes from a local deity, Servarayan, which means Chera king . The main town situated in these hills is Yercaud.
