Tureng Tepe ("Hill of the Pheasants") (alternatively spelled in English as Turang Tappe/Tape/Tappa/Tappeh) is an archaeological site in northeastern Iran, in the Gorgan plain, approximately 17 km northeast of the town of Gorgan.
