Zagros Mountains

The Zagros Mountains are the largest mountain range in Iran and Iraq. Shabab Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Shirvan and Chardaval County, Ilam Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 11,004, in 2,306 families. The rural district has 21 villages.
