Dunkerrin

Dunkerrin is a small village in County Offaly, Ireland, just south of Roscrea and near the County Tipperary border. It on the R445 road which was once the main road from Dublin to Limerick. Dunkerrin has since been bypassed by the M7. The R445 road connects to the M7 at nearby Moneygall.

Moneygall GAA

Moneygall GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club shared between the villages of Moneygall and Dunkerrin on the Tipperary/Offaly border in north County Tipperary, Ireland. The Moneygall GAA field is in north Tipperary and they play their matches in the Tipperary championship. The club is primarily concerned with the game of hurling.

Clonakenny GAA

Clonakenny GAA Club is a GAA club that plays both hurling (at Intermediate Grade) and Gaelic football (at Junior Grade). The club is located in the civil parish of Bournea between the towns of Roscrea (to the North) and Templemore (to the South) in North Tipperary, Ireland. Cloughjordan railway station

Cloughjordan railway station serves the town of Cloughjordan, North Tipperary in Ireland. The station is located 1 km south west of the town centre on the Moneygall Road. It opened on 5 October 1863. It is connected to the Irish railway network on the Limerick-Ballybrophy railway line (where it joins the main Dublin-Cork railway line. The station is unstaffed and has a car park.

Moneygall Aerodrome

Moneygall Aerodrome is three miles south west of Moneygall, County Offaly in Ireland. The area has been closely linked with aviation for many years going back to the British Army strip which was quite near the present field. The airfield has one landing strip which is orientated north-south. It is open to the public. The Moneygall Flying Club has been in operation at the airfield for over 20 years. The club is a registered training facility for the JAR PPL pilot licence.
