Valtellina

Sondrio railway station

Sondrio railway station (Italian: Stazione di Sondrio) serves the town and comune of Sondrio, in the region of Lombardy, northern Italy. Opened in 1885, it is the junction of two historical railway lines, namely the Valtellina railway (Lecco–Colico–Sondrio) and the Alta Valtellina railway (Sondrio–Tirano). The station is currently managed by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI). However, the commercial area of the passenger building is managed by Centostazioni.
