Villa Fontanelle

Villa Fontanelle is a villa (sometimes called a Palazzo) near Moltrasio at Lake Como, Lombardy, Italy, about 50 km from Milan. The 4 storey and yellow painted building has been built in the 19th century by Lord Charles Currie. There is a 1.2 hectars of land attached to it including a park and an anchorage. It was completely renovated in 1980. Hundreds of oil paintings and other artwork are part of the interior and exterior.

Villa d'Este (Cernobbio)

The Villa d'Este, originally Villa del Garovo, is a Renaissance patrician residence in the Italian town of Cernobbio on the shores of Lake Como. Both the villa and the 25-acre park which surrounds it have undergone significant changes since their sixteenth-century origins as a summer residence for the Cardinal of Como.

Villa Plinianina

Villa Plinianina was named after Villa Pliniana on the shore of Lake Como, Italy. Plinianina means small Pliniana. An engineer, Canzio Canzi, had it built in Venetian Gothic c. 1855.

Province of Como

Casa del Fascio (Como)

The Casa del Fascio is a building located in Como, northern Italy, a work of Italian rationalist architect Giuseppe Terragni. Started in 1932 and completed in 1936 under the regime of Benito Mussolini, this municipal administration building was originally constructed with a primary view of functioning as an elegant "set piece" for mass Fascist rallies.
