Tōon, Ehime is a city located in Ehime, Japan. As of February 1, 2011, the city had an estimated population of 34,470, with 14,140 households, and a density of 163.01 persons per km². The total land area is 211.45 km². The city was founded on September 21, 2004 with the merger of the towns of Kawauchi and Shigenobu, both from Onsen District.
