University of Yamanashi

The University of Yamanashi is a university that has campuses in Kofu and Tamaho, Japan. It was founded in 2002 by a merger between Yamanashi University and Yamanashi Medical University. It is formally referred to as the National university corporation, University of Yamanashi. The university has three faculties: the Faculty of Education Human Sciences, the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Engineering. It should not be confused with the similarly named Yamanashi Prefectural University.

Yamanashi Chuo Bank Stadium

Yamanashi Chuo Bank Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Kofu, Japan. It is currently used mostly for football matches. It serves as a home ground of Ventforet Kofu. The stadium holds 17,000 people and was built in 1985. It is also used sometimes for Top League rugby union games and frequently for high school athletics events.
