Isfana Airport

Isfana Airport is an airport serving Isfana and Sulukta, towns in the Leilek District of the Batken Province of Kyrgyzstan. The Russian IATA code for Isfana Airport is ИФА. Isfana Airport started its operations in the 1940s as a landing strip near the town. After Kalacha Airport, serving the coal mining town of Sulukta (16 km north of Isfana), was closed, Isfana Airport started serving Sulukta residents. The current runway and terminal were built in 1974. It is a regional class 3C airport.

Alisher Navoiy Secondary School (Isfana)

Alisher Navoiy Secondary School is a secondary school in Isfana, Kyrgyzstan. Although the school is called a secondary school, it offers classes for grades 1 through 11. At Alisher Navoiy Secondary School classes are taught in Uzbek, Kyrgyz, and Russian. The school is named after the great Turkic poet and writer Ali-Shir Nava'i. Shokirojon Tuychiev, who headed Uzbek Gymnasium No. 4 named after Usmon Matkarimov from 2000 until 2010, is the current principal of Alisher Navoiy Secondary School.

Uzbek Gymnasium No. 4 named after Usmon Matkarimov is a gymnasium located in Isfana, Kyrgyzstan. The official name of the gymnasium is Secondary School-Gymnasium named after U. Matkarimov . The gymnasium is also a boarding-school: some students, mostly from the neighboring villages, study and live at the gymnasium during the school year.

Toktogul Secondary School (Isfana)

Tokrogul Secondary School is a secondary school in Isfana, Kyrgyzstan. Although the school is called a secondary school, it offers classes for grades 1 through 11. Toktogul, which was opened in 1936, is the oldest school in Isfana. In 2007, a wing of the old building of Tokrogul was seriously damaged by an earthquake. A new two-storeyed building was constructed in 2009. Davron Hudaynazarov is the current principal of the school.
