Holy Trinity Cathedral, Liepāja

Liepāja Holy Trinity Lutheran Cathedral (Latvian: Liepājas Svētās Trīsvienības katedrāle) is a historical Lutheran cathedral in Liepāja, Latvia. The foundation stone of the church was laid in 1742 and on December 5, 1758, the church was solemnly consecrated. The church interior and exterior architecture is built in the late baroque style with classic features. The cathedral interior is characterized by its Rococo features and luxurious furnishings with wood carvings and gold plating.

Monument to the sailors and fishermen perished in the sea

Monument to the sailors and fishermen lost at sea (Latvian: Piemineklis bojā gājušajiem jūrniekiem un zvejniekiem) is a notable modern monument and sightseeing place in Liepāja, Latvia. The monument was built in 1977 by architect Gunārs Asaris and sculptor Alberts Terpilovskis with a funding from LBORF and the fishing kolhoz Boļševiks.

Daugava Stadium (Liepāja)

Daugava Stadium (Daugavas stadions) is a multi-purpose stadium in Liepāja, Latvia. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of FHK Liepājas Metalurgs. The stadium holds 5,083 people, and hosted the Baltic Cup 1992. From 1925 to 1934 the stadium was named "Strādnieku stadions" (workers' stadium), from 1934 to 1990 "Pilsētas stadions" (town stadium).
