Koura District

Koura is a district in the North Governorate, Lebanon. Koura is one of the 36 districts of Lebanon, particularly popular for its olive tree cultivation. A total of 52 villages make up the Koura area. Koura's capital and largest city is Amioun, with about 15,000 inhabitants as of 2010. It is geographically diversified, so present 3 types of land, a coastal side to the Mediterranean sea, a large olive plain and include some villages in the mountains.

Fih, Lebanon
