Interesting facts about this location

Kuang (town)

Kuang is a town in the Gombak district of Selangor, Malaysia. Its main importance in older times was the starting of the railway branch to Batu Arang from the mainline of Malayan Railways. Today, Kuang's main industry is cement distribution for the CIMA Company. There is a successful HS Nada cow farm located at Kampung Gombak. Kuang has one of the largest polo field in Asia. It was an important venue for polo during the Commonwealth Games in 1998.

The Sungai Buloh railway station is a railway station serving the suburb of Sungai Buloh in Selangor, Malaysia. It serves as one of the stations on KTM Komuter's Rawang-Seremban Route, and also for KTM Intercity.

Rawang railway station

The Rawang railway station is a railway station in Rawang, Selangor, Malaysia that serves as both the KTM Komuter and KTM Intercity train services. It is the northern most terminus for passenger services on this Rawang-Seremban Route, and was built to cater the traffic around the suburb of Rawang as there were no other commuter or mass transit services in the Klang Valley that stopped here before the arrival of the KTM Komuter.

Kota Damansara Community Forest Park

Kota Damansara Community Forest Park (KDCFP) is a secondary forest located in the western outskirt of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was part of a defunct Sungai Buloh Forest Reserve gazetted in 1898 which contained 3,900 acres of protected primary forest. This made it as the oldest forest reserve in Peninsular Malaysia. The forest reserve was degazetted a number of times and subsequent development brought down the size of the reserve to a 857-acre .
