Istana Negara, Jalan Istana

The Istana Negara along Jalan Istana was the official residence of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong (King) of Malaysia. It stands on a 13 acre (50,000 m²) site, located at a commanding position on the slope of a hill of Bukit Petaling overlooking the Klang River, along Jalan Syed Putra. Mid Valley Megamall is a complex comprising a shopping mall, an office tower block, 30 offices, and 2 hotels located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was opened in November 1999. Thean Hou Temple

The Thean Hou Temple is a landmark six-tiered Chinese temple in Kuala Lumpur. It is located on a 1.67 acres (6,760 m²) of land atop Robson Heights along Lorong Bellamy, overlooking Jalan Syed Putra (Federal Highway). It was completed in 1987 and officially opened in 1989. The property belongs to and is run by the Selangor & Federal Territory Hainan Association. The temple, built by the Hainanese community living in Kuala Lumpur, is dedicated to Goddess Tian Hou (The Heavenly Mother).
