Perak River

Perak River is the second longest river in Peninsular Malaysia after Pahang River in Pahang, Malaysia. A number of towns are on the banks of the river including the royal town of Kuala Kangsar. Bernam River is located between the Malaysian states of Perak and Selangor, demarcating the border of the two states. Bernam River flows from Mount Liang Timur in the east on the Titiwangsa Mountains to the Straits of Malacca in the west.
