Lok Kawi

Lok Kawi is a township in the West Coast Division of Sabah, Malaysia. Located around the border of the districts of Penampang and Papar, and about 15 kilometres south of the state capital Kota Kinabalu, it has become part of the urban expanse of Kota Kinabalu. It also features one of the few Hindu temples in Kota Kinabalu, the Sri Subramaniyar Temple. Originally a small village, Lok Kawi now features a small industrial estate as well a modern residential development.

Kinarut

Kinarut is a town just outside Kota Kinabalu in Sabah, Malaysia. Located about 20 kilometres south of Kota Kinabalu, it is one of the stops for the Sabah State Railway. Popular tourist destinations in Kinarut are the Kindawan Horse Riding Centre, Dinawan Island, Lok Kawi Wildlife Center and beautiful beaches. The main town - Pekan Kinarut consist of shop lot, houses, a kindergarten, primary, and secondary schools.

Donggongon

Donggongon is a town in the West Coast Division of Sabah, Malaysia. The town is located within the district of Penampang, but today it can be considered as part of Greater Kota Kinabalu and is located about 15 kilometres from Kota Kinabalu. As of 2007, it has a population of 78,086. Donggongon is a very important town for the district of Penampang.
