New Educational College (NEC) has been founded in 1961 and is a private secondary school in Bel Air, Riviere Seche, Mauritius. Its objectives are to provide education to the children of Bel Air, Rivière Sèche and the surrounding villages who usually come from socio-economic background characterized by low income, a rural society and high illiteracy.
