Kapilvastu District

Kapilvastu district(Nepali: कपिलवस्तु जिल्ला, often Kapilbastu, is one of the districts of Lumbini Zone, Western Region, Nepal. The district, with Kapilbastu municipality as its district headquarters, covers an area of 1,738 km² and had a population of 481,976 in 2001 and 571,936 in 2011.

Nigrodharama

Nigrodhārāma was a Banyan grove near Kapilavastu, where a residence was provided for the Buddha when he visited the city in the first year after his Enlightenment. It belonged to a Sākyan named Nigrodha, who gave it to the Monastic Order. The Nigrodharama is located at the site of the modern Kudan village, about six kilometres south of Tilaurakot, the citadel of Kapilavastu.

Hardouna is a village development committee in Kapilvastu District in the Lumbini Zone of southern Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 3393 people living in 576 individual households.

Ambedkar Nagar district

Ambedkar Nagar district (Hindi अंबेडकर नगर ज़िला, Urdu امبیڈکر نگر ضلع) is a district in the Faizabad division. It was formed in 29 September 1995 by the then-chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, Mayawati, and was named after one of the major contributors to the Constitution of India, Bhimrao Ambedkar.

Pipra is a village development committee in Kapilvastu District in the Lumbini Zone of southern Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 1872 people living in 303 individual households.
