Albert Park, Te Awamutu

Albert Park is a cricket and rugby league ground in Te Awamutu, Waikato, New Zealand. The first recorded cricket match held on the ground came in 1980 when Midlands played Bay of Plenty in the 1980/81 Hawke Cup. The ground later held a first-class match in the 1987/88 Shell Trophy when Northern Districts played Central Districts, with the match ending in a draw.

Kihikihi

Kihikihi is a small town located in the Waikato region of the North Island of New Zealand. It is a satellite community of Te Awamutu, five kilometres to the north, and is 35 kilometres south of Hamilton. The population in the 2006 Census was 1,959 people, an increase of 18 since 2001. The town's outer rim has now merged with the expanding rim of Te Awamutu, rendering the boundary between the two towns difficult to perceive. Kihikihi means cicada in the Māori language.

Waipa District

Waipa District Council in the Waikato region of New Zealand is a municipality that covers Te Awamutu, Cambridge and several small towns. The seat of the council is at Te Awamutu. The district's population at the June 2012 estimate was 46,200, of whom approximately 35% lived in each of the main two towns. The district has a land area of 1,473.47 km² (568.91 sq mi). It has five wards: Te Awamutu, Cambridge, Pirongia, Maungatautari and Kakepuku.
